This is such an easy recipe and a perfect snack to snack on throughout the day. After you are done carving your pumpkins make sure you save your seeds so you can try this out!

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lawry's Seasoning
To prepare the pumpkin seeds, rinse them off and then spread them out on a cookie sheet to dry over night. Once they are dry place them into a bowl. Melt the butter then pour onto the seeds. Stir to make sure every seed is coated. Then take your Garlic Powder and Lawry's seasoning and sprinkle however much you desire. I used a lot because I wanted mine to be really flavorful but adjust the amount to your liking.

To bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the seeds out on a cookie sheet and cook the seeds for about 20 to 25 minutes or until they are golden brown. Then let them cool and enjoy!
